Kinshu refers to a type of brocade woven with gold, silver, and other colored threads, which originated in China, and is used to describe the beauty of mountains covered in autumn foliage.

Theme ingredients: lamb, salmon roe, figs

These 10 dishes are created specifically for that month.

Our dishes are made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
