Yohira is another name for hydrangea, referring to the fact that the hydrangea has four small petals (decorative flowers).The four genres of Japanese, French, Italian, and Chinese culture are connected to the four petals of a hydrangea, which is why we chose this theme.

Theme ingredients: Conger eel, green asparagus, green plums

These are 10 items that are created just for that month.

The cuisine is made with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients.
