It carries its fragrance across fields, mountains, valleys, and over water.
It is also well known by the Zen phrase "The gentle breeze comes from the south."
"Kaze Kaoru" has a similar meaning.
Theme ingredients: Sweetfish, green asparagus, sansho pepper
These are 10 items that are created just for that month.
The cuisine is made with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients.
